CONSENT TO ESTABLISH A JOINT-STOCK COMPANY - ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF A JOINT-STOCK COMPANY // July 12, 2023
On July 12, 2023 the company GREYHOUND GROUP SPÓŁKA Z O.O. established a joint-stock company with the name GREYHOUND GROUP SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, acquiring in it 10,000,000 (ten million) series A preference shares with a value of PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand Polish zloty)
The appearer selected the first governing body of the Joint-Stock company,
Board:
1. Maciej A. Stecek – Chairman of the Board
2. Sebastian Flak – Deputy Chairman of the Board
Supervisory Board:
1. Halina Stecek – Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board
2. Marian Stecek – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
3. Agata Bączkowska – Member of the Board of Directors
